This Session Is All About YOU!
First and foremost, I want you to know that this is YOUR session. I’m committed to providing you the best service for YOUR needs. I really want you to feel empowered to speak up about what you want, need, or are feeling before and throughout the session if you feel called to do so. We’re doing this together.
Know that you can open up and talk as little or as much as you want. I will ask questions throughout but you are in no way obligated to talk about anything you are uncomfortable with.
Reading Energy Is Open To Interpretation
Working with energy it’s not an exact science. It’s more of an art. I’m reading your energy but I may be slightly off from time to time as I interpret it. I’m reading your energy through feelings, emotions, pictures, thoughts, and sounds so I’m having to interpret what they mean.
An example would be in the past I had a client who I felt a strong father presence, upon talking more with my client we actually discovered that it was a father figure I was feeling and not the client’s biological father.
Don’t be afraid or worried of offending me if you don’t resonate with something I am picking up. We may find out I’m misinterpreting it after more discussion or you may discover later after thinking on it what exactly it meant for you.
Before Your Session
Make sure to eat before your session. You do not want to do your session on an empty stomach. This can be distracting and make you feel ungrounded.
Whether you are doing an over the phone or in person session, be prepared a few minutes early in order to get your full session and to allow yourself enough time to mentally switch gears to be present for your healing.
Over the phone clients only:
Pick a quiet and private location to do your energy healing. Make sure it is somewhere comfortable so you can relax. Once you find the perfect spot, turn it into a sacred space. Aromatherapy and relaxation music is a great addition to your session! You can find free music on YouTube.
After Your Session
- Drink plenty of water.
- Listen to your body. Take it easy.
- Avoid stressful places or people for the rest of the day if you can help it.
- Journal on the session. Write about what came up, the lessons you learned, the insight you gained, and the messages from spirit that stick out.
- Follow any recommendations I made that resonate with you. It’s okay if not all the recommendations fit into your lifestyle or your healing journey. Feel empowered to follow your intuition.
- Don’t be afraid to reach out to me if you have questions or need a reminder on what we discussed.
When to Reschedule
We may come up with a plan for rescheduling depending on what your goals are. I highly recommend you follow the plan as close as possible for best results.
If we don’t come up with a plan, then I may tell you to reach out when you feel called. Listen to yourself, you’ll know when to reschedule.
